Simplicity in form – Sophistication in experience
As an interior designer, I always believe that true luxury does not come from flashy things, but lies in the feeling of calmness – quality – standard that the space brings. The Monohaus project is a testament to that: a Restaurant & Bar with the spirit of contemporary luxury, where the design is encapsulated in selective minimalism – full of personality but not ostentatious.
✦ Design concept: “Mono” – One style, one philosophy
The name Monohaus comes from the concept of “a consistent design language” – consistent in materials, colors and emotions.
The space is built on the main color tone: Charcoal black – ash gray – dark wood brown – cold metallic, combined with luxurious materials such as granite, wood veneer, matte metal and dark glass.
Every detail – from the bar, low table, pendant light system to the stair handrail – is processed sharply, concisely, optimizing the lines, creating true luxury: the simpler, the more expensive.

✦ Spatial structure: Separate but connected
Monohaus is divided into two functional levels:
- The ground floor is a restaurant space – bright, airy, gentle, bringing a relaxing vibe during the day.
- The upper floor is a bar lounge – low light, bold materials, creating depth and privacy for luxurious chill evenings.
The transition between the two floors is a boxy staircase clad in dark wood and accented with gold-tone spotlights – an architectural highlight that is both powerful and inviting.

✦ Experience: Luxury is not distant
Monohaus doesn’t try to be “expensive” with glossy surfaces or luxurious materials. Instead, the space is designed to make guests feel like they’re entering a refined world – where everything is in place, authentic, and memorable.
From the comfortable seating to the minimalist menu printed on embossed paper, from the light wood scent in the room to the diagonal lighting on the walls – it’s all about feeling, not showing off.

Monohaus – A luxury space for those who love neatness, quietness and sophistication.
Sip a glass of wine, enjoy a meal to slow down – in a space deep enough to be quiet, quality enough to be different.
